Volunteer for the Audubon’s Christmas Bird Count to learn more about our feathered friends while helping to collect important survey data. The findings will allow scientists to study the health of Iowa’s bird populations.

Free loaner binoculars will be available.Volunteers are required to fill out a volunteer agreement and volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the form.
Volunteers are required to wear closed sturdy shoes, pants, a long-sleeved shirt, clothing appropriate for weather conditions, as well as, carrying a refillable water bottle during the survey.
